Infinity Ag — Sales Intern
Location: Verona, ND
Position Type: Seasonal / Part-time (flexible hours)
Compensation: Paid (hourly) — rate based on experience.
About Us:
Infinity Ag is a grower focused precision-ag company near Verona providing precision-planting and ag-technology products and support to farmers. We are a seed, liquid fertilizer and dry fertilizer supplier in SE North Dakota as well as a supplier and retailer of precision technology & parts throughout North America.
Position Summary:
The Intern will shadow and support the sales team to learn customer-facing skills, product knowledge, and business operations in precision agriculture. This is a hands-on learning role ideal for students or recent graduates interested in ag sales, agronomy, or ag technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow sales staff on customer calls, on-site visits, and meetings
- Assist with quoting, order entry, invoicing, and follow-up communications
- Support inventory checks, parts ordering, and basic stock organization
- Observe and assist with technical demonstrations troubleshooting
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the sales team
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the sales process for precision-ag products and services
- Gain familiarity with ag products and precision-planting systems
- Learn basic inventory and order-management workflows
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program (Agriculture, Agribusiness, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, inventory, and office software
- Organized, punctual, and professional with attention to detail
- Interest in agriculture and willingness to learn in the field and office
- Valid driver’s license: willingness to travel locally with sales staff as needed

Infinity Ag — Service Technician / Installer
Location: Verona, ND

We are a seed, liquid fertilizer & dry fertilizer supplier in SE North Dakota as well as a supplier and retailer of precision technology & parts throughout North America. We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and trustworthy hands-on individual with a passion for agriculture to join our team.
Position Summary:
As a Service Technician/Installer you will deliver field and shop service, install and maintain equipment, and provide technical support to growers. This is a hands-on role that requires travel to customer sites and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain equipment in-shop and in-field
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues on planters, sprayers & strip tillers.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on system operation and best practices
- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and wiring/harness work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and service vehicle
- Accurately document service calls, parts used, and time logs
- Communicate effectively with customers and the office about service status and parts needs
- Participate in after-hours or seasonal emergency support as needed (rotating/on-call)
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with farm equipment and ag technology (preferred)
- General computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude; able to assemble parts, perform basic fabrication, and use hand/power tools
- Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain CDL (we provide assistance/training; CDL required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in varying weather and field conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliable work ethic
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Precision Planting equipment.
- Welding, electrical, or fabrication experience
- Prior installation or field-service technician experience

Location: Verona, ND looking for associates in Stutsman, Barnes, Cass, Richland, Ransom, Dickey, Logan, McIntosh, and western LaMoure county.

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, customer-focused representative to support growers and help them make the best decisions for their farms.
Position Summary:
As a Customer Sales & Service Representative you will be the primary contact for customers, handling product sales, technical support, and inventory management. This role is less hands-on than a field technician and focuses on communication, problem solving, and ensuring customers get the right products and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for growers via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, parts, and services to improve farm operations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance; coordinate field service or installations with technicians as needed
- Manage ordering, receiving, and accurate inventory tracking; maintain stock levels and place replenishment orders
- Process sales orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims; maintain customer and sales records
- Maintain product knowledge and train customers on system use and best practices
- Communicate product availability, lead times, and service status to customers and team
- Assist with marketing outreach, seasonal promotions, and customer follow-ups
- Uphold a clean, organized sales/service area and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills; experience in sales or customer support preferred
- General computer skills; comfortable with inventory/POS/CRM software and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of farm equipment and agricultural operations (experience preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and within a small team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with precision-ag products or planting systems
- Prior retail, parts, or inventory management experience
- Basic technical aptitude to support product troubleshooting
